Crepe should be treated gently when washing. Here are some steps to follow when caring for a Crepe fabric.
- Hand washing is the gentlest option. Use a basin or sink filled with cold to lukewarm water. If machine-washing, use a delicate or gentle cycle with cold water to prevent damage
- Use gentle laundry detergent.
- Hang the item or lay muslin flat to dry. You can also tumble dry on low, but make sure to remove the item from the dryer before it’s completely dry.
- Iron on the reverse side of the fabric using low to medium heat or use a pressing cloth to protect the satin finish.
- Slight variations in the colors can be expected because of monitor/screen settings and lighting conditions.
