Return and Exchange

Exchange Policy :
Each meter of fabric and every product provided by Fabnic undergoes a rigorous and flawless quality assessment. In a rare and unlikely case if you are unsatisfied with your order and you wish to exchange a product, you have a 7-day window from the date of receiving your order to do so. You can initiate a return request by sending an email to care@fabnic.com. The company will approve return requests if they are deemed genuine and if a customer is indeed facing a legitimate issue

Return Policy :
Each meter of fabric and every product provided by Fabnic undergoes a rigorous and flawless quality assessment, guaranteeing that they are free from defects, damage, and adhere to the correct measurements. A product can only be requested to return by the customer if it is damaged or if they have received the wrong fabric. You have a 7- day window from the date of receiving your order to do so. You can initiate a return request via our website or request an exchange by sending an email to care@fabnic.com. Please provide relevant photos of the order in the mail to ease the entire process. The company will approve return requests if they are deemed genuine and if a customer is indeed facing a legitimate issue.

Shipping for Return or Exchange :
Once a return request has been placed with the Customer Experience Team, it usually takes 2 - 3 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 7 - 10 days to initiate coupon code after successful product inspection by the quality check department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 2 days. Only the product value will be issued in the coupon code. Any shipping/cod charge if applicable will not be issued back. In any unlikely case, if the products cannot be collected, we may ask you to send it via your local courier and you will be issued a refund for the cost of the courier upon the invoice provided. Refunds will be issued within 5 - 7 days upon return of the product back to us.

Please Note :
1. There are no exchange or returns for (A) linen embroidery fabrics and (B)orders with fabric samples/ swatches across all categories
2. The company will approve return or exchange requests if they are deemed genuine and if a customer is indeed facing a legitimate issue.
3. There are no returns or exchange on products with ‘sale’ tag
