Return and Cancellation

Product Return : Once a return request has been placed with the Customer Experience Team, it usually takes 2 - 3 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 7 - 10 days to initiate coupon code after successful product inspection by the quality check department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 2 days. Only the product value will be issued in the coupon code. Any shipping/cod charge if applicable will not be issued back.

In any unlikely case, if the products cannot be collected, we may ask you to send it via your local courier and you will be issued a refund for the cost of the courier upon the invoice provided. Refunds will be issued within 5 - 7 days upon return of the product back to us.

Product Return due to damage / defect :  In any rare case, if you wish to return or replace full or partial order because of any defect in the product, you may place a request for return on the website or exchange by sending us an email at care@fabnic.com with your order number in subject, image of the particular areas of fabric / product along with the pictures of outer packaging where there is an issue, and a brief write-up within 7 days from the date of receipt of order.

Please Note :-

1. There are no exchange/ returns for orders with fabric samples/ swatches in all categories and linen embroidery fabrics. 
2. At Company’s discretion, we will arrange return or replace full or partial product. 

We shall arrange pick up of the damaged or defective product free of cost from your original address. In any unlikely case, if the products cannot be collected, we may ask you to send it via your local courier and send us the receipt and we will issue you the refund for the courier charge as well.
